How do I contact customer service?

Please email our customer service team at orders@scienceinsport.com.au. The Customer Contact Centre business hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (AEST).

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15 for purchases totalling under $100 and free shipping for purchases totalling over $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1 and 3 business days. For back ordered items, we will contact you to advise the delivery date.

How long does delivery take?

When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1 and 3 business days. For back ordered items, we will contact you to advise the delivery date. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days to metro locations, and between 5 and 7 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email. You can follow the status of your order using the tracking number provided in this message.

Can I use more than one discount code on a single order?

Only 1 discount code can be used per order. If more than 1 code is applied the code offering the larger discount will usually take priority but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct code is used.

Can I use my discount code on products that are on special offer?

Discount codes do not apply to products that are on special offer. Where a basket contains a mixture of full-priced products and those on special offer, the discount will only apply to the full-priced products.

What is your return policy?

Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost. Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging. Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging or tags otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund.

Please return your goods within 30 days of successfully receiving your item. Return items with all packaging – including all product tags, labels and original packaging. Science In Sport Australia will process all returns within three (3) working days of receiving the returned goods back. We recommend that you use a trackable service as this helps you and Science in Australia locate your parcel.

How do I refund my order?

Refunds are only available for products under warranty, defective or damaged products. All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval.

Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after Science in Sport Australia has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.

Can I change my order before it’s sent out?

If your order has not been dispatched, we're more than happy to assist. Please contact our customer service team urgently on the contact us page and we will process additional payment or refund differences at the earliest convenience.

I have not received an order confirmation

Order confirmations are emailed automatically to the email address provided when processing your order.It may appear in your junk/spam folder. If you have entered an incorrect email address and have not received our Order Confirmation – please contact us to update your details.

What happens when we receive a failed delivery attempt notification?

Please contact the freight company or local post office to collect/or arrange a redelivery of the item(s). They will only redeliver a certain number of times.

Is GST included in the online web price?

All our prices are inclusive of GST.
